For the past two years, we have been expanding and enhancing the LeagueStat.com Mobile stats engine. This fall, we bring that technology to LeagueStat.com Mobile apps with a series of apps available exclusively to member teams using LeagueStat.com real time stats services.

The new apps include customization for every team delivering your brand to fans consistently across all your platforms. Not hosting your team website with NewSport Media? No problem, we work with your content provider to ensure your mobile app includes more than just stats. Fans can install and launch your team app right from their home screen and enjoy real time scores, ticket information, venue details and driving directions, in addition to the full suite of LeagueStat.com stats.

How does this work?

Teams have access to the LeagueStat.com Mobile App Controller, which allows customization of the app tabs, team logos, splash screen graphics, presenting sponsor graphics and news feeds. The App Controller also allows staff the ability to edit the content that would appear on the "more" tab within the app.

Teams can also supply a home screen icon to be displayed on the home screen of the users mobile device. This icon cannot be changed within the App Controller.

How will we be billed?

LeagueStat.com Mobile apps are licensed on an annual basis. There are no bandwidth fees or surcharges and all platform versions are included.

Can we display a sponsor advertisement?

Yes, the app controller allows you to upload a sponsor graphic and set a sponsor URL for your mobile app. This can be changed, by your staff, at any time.

What platforms are supported?

Apple: iPhone 3 and newer (iTouch 2nd Gen and newer.) Video limited to iPhone 3GS and newer (iPod Touch 3rd Gen and newer.)

Android: OS version 1.6+

Blackberry: OS 5+ - Coming Soon - Spring 2012

What about upgrades and new versions?

All upgrades and updates to the app are included in the licence fee. There are no additional charges. We will, from time to time, release new versions to address updates to the mobile operating system and feature enhancements. There are no charges for updates we make to the app.

Can we request custom upgrades?

Yes, if there is something particular you would like to see, let us know and we would be happy to discuss the available options.

How do we get started?

Simply contact us and we'll send you our service agreement to complete. Once the agreement is signed and in place, we will set you up with access to a Beta version of your application. This gives you the opportunity to configure and test the application to your satisfaction.

Once you have setup content within your app, we will then submit your app to iTunes and the Android Marketplace.
